HSH Self Inspection Checklist for 2012
Participating Processors are asked to follow these guidelines when processing deer for HSH. This self inspection checklist is also used by the PDA as part of its ongoing application and inspection process that will be mandatory for the 2013 season.
PA Dept of Agriculture Custom Deer Processor Application
This registration will be mandatory for our deer processors to participate next season. Registration and inspections will continue throughout the 2012 season. However, PA Dept of Agriculture’s Bureau of Food Safety has agreed to allow any deer processor who signs up with HSH for the current 2012 season to be “grandfathered” for this year.
